在使用 Microsoft Dynamics 365 或 Power Apps 时，业务用户常常会需要查看实体中选项集（选择字段）的详细信息。 若实体仅包含少量选项集字段，用户可直接通过 Level up for Dynamics 365 / Power Apps 浏览器扩展，利用它显示选项集值功能，并将结果复制粘贴至 Excel 中就能搞定。
但是…当实体包含大量选项集字段时，这种手动操作方式效率较低，更实用的解决方案是借助 XrmToolBox 工具，将实体元数据直接导出为如 Excel 这样的结构化格式。

工具一：Metadata Document Generator
在 XrmToolBox 上安装 Metadata Document Generator 并打开它
操作步骤如下：
- 点击 Load Entity
- 选择导出文件的保存位置
- 选择需要导出的实体
- 根据需求配置导出选项（详见下方表格）
- 点击 Generate Document

另一个可选方案是 Attributes Factory 插件。在 XrmToolBox 中安装并打开 Attributes Factory：
导出步骤：
- 选择 导出表
- 选择目标解决方案
- 勾选要导出的实体
- 根据需要选择导出选项
- 点击 确定
指定文件保存路径与文件名，然后点击 保存
